Friendly Family Medical Care opened its doors in January 2009. We expanded to include Nurse Practitioners in the summer of 2017. We moved to a more inviting space in December 2020. We pride ourselves on providing quality care for the entire family and aiming to spend ample time with each patient. At Friendly Family Medical Care, we provide a myriad of services for your family. About Tisa Morris-Christian, MD, MPH
Dr. Tisa Morris-Christian is a board-certified family medicine physician with over two decades of experience in patient care. Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, she has been practicing medicine since 2000.

A proud native of Chicago’s South Side, Dr. Morris-Christian is a graduate of Whitney M. Young Magnet High School.

We offer Telemedicine, a type of medical care provided remotely, using technology such as video conferencing.
This allows patients to receive care from our doctors without having to travel to the doctor's office or hospital. There are many benefits of telemedicine, including convenience, cost savings, and improved access to care.
In addition, telemedicine can help reduce the spread of infectious diseases by allowing patients with contagious illnesses to receive care without coming into contact with other people.
